The report describes major areas of focus for the Office of Dispute Resolution during fiscal year 1994-1995, and emphasizes the special projects undertaken by the Office, including small claims mediation, school mediation, special education mediation, and involvement with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission. Another section of the report summarizes statistics on case volume, outcome, type, and characteristics. The report also discusses financial data, and presents responses to participant evaluations of the mediation program. Growth and development of the mediation program in the coming year will focus on Federal mediation, juvenile victim/offender mediation, and welfare reform mediation. 4 appendixes
