The American University's Courts Technical Assistance Program provides short-term consultant services to State and local courts throughout the United States on all aspects of judicial system organization, management, case processing, judicial and court personnel training, interagency relationships, technology applications, and specialized caseflow management issues.
Abstract
As part of this program, technical assistance services are provided primarily by practitioner experts from Federal and State courts and justice agencies and by American University faculty members. Reports and special studies listed in this program publication represent the work of the Courts Technical Assistance Program and related projects since 1986. Technical Assistance Reports are listed by State in the first part of the publication, while the second and third parts of the publication identify technical assistance video and audio tapes and special studies and reports.
