The role and duties of support supervision for juveniles is examined from the perspective of a juvenile prosecutor in Hungary.
Abstract
Juvenile crime is steadily increasing. Prosecution is too slow, which increases the number of criminal factors. Experiences beginning with the enactment of the 1995 XLT law indicate the desirability of confidence in the legal structure called postponement of accusation. It is hoped that this legal structure will serve the interests of juveniles.
