This report presents information on court personnel and data on case processing for each of Wyoming's county courts for 1995.
Abstract
A list of judges and their dates appointed is provided for each county. Case processing statistics for each county are presented under each case type: small claims, civil, family violence, misdemeanors, felonies and activities in aid of satisfaction of judgments. Statistics on small claims, civil, family-violence, and misdemeanor cases address open cases at the end of the previous year, number of cases filed, number of reopened cases, and case disposed. Data on activities in aid of satisfaction of judgments pertain to executions, garnishments, and exemption hearings. Data on felonies address counts pending at the end of the previous year, counts filed, and counts disposed. Data on other court activities focus on the number of civil and criminal jury trials held during the year, as well as the number of civil and criminal appeals. Data on money collected by the court encompass civil fees, criminal costs, surcharge for crime victims, criminal fines, forfeitures, dog fines, restitution, and civil payments.
