Data for the Court of Appeals present the number of new cases docketed, cases transferred to the Supreme Court, petitions to bypass granted by the Supreme Court, cases disposed by opinion, total cases disposed, and cases pending December 31 for 1994 and 1995. District and county court judges are listed by judicial district. District court and county court statewide totals present graphs that portray total filings by year from 1986 through 1995. Statewide totals for these two types of courts also contain a 1995 statewide case inventory (beginning inventory, new filings, dispositions, and ending inventory), followed by a listing of number of 1995 cases filed by case category. The same types of data are supplied for the district court and county court of each judicial district.
