Abstract
Changes affecting the statistics in the reports included the reclassification of some drugs, sentencing changes, new offense definitions, and other changes in criminal justice system policies. The tables describe the seizures of controlled drugs by class of drug, the organization making the seizure, and year since 1985 and the seizures of drugs in classes A, B, and C by agency. Offender tables describe the age and sex of the offenders and the actions taken in terms of convictions, cautions, incarceration, and other sentences. Tables
