Individual sections explain what the offender can do in prison to improve the chances of finding a job after release, the actions to take immediately after release, and the steps involved in finding a job. Additional sections explain the role of training and education courses to learn new skills or review previous skills, sources of help and advice on starting a business and becoming self-employed, the use of temporary or casual work to reenter the employment market, and the use of volunteer service to obtain work experience and references.
