The videotape graphically depicts the immediate impact of the bombing. It then goes on to describe programs and services provided to victims, survivors, rescue workers, and others in the aftermath of the bombing. The focus is on a program known as Project Heartland, which provided crisis counseling; critical incident workshops; U.S. attorney involvement in a victim assistance unit; a prosecution team, and the Colorado/Oklahoma Resource Council, which provided victim services when the case went to trial in Denver. The videotape also covers the Denver Media Consortium which attempted to orchestrate media coverage of the trial with minimal impact on victims who attended; the Victim/Witness Center, which assisted those who had to testify; and Safe Haven, which allowed closed circuit viewing of the Denver trial proceedings in Oklahoma City.
