This is a collection of papers presented at the Third World Conference of the Asia Crime Prevention Foundation held in Manila, Philippines, March 8-12, 1994.
Abstract
Approximately 450 participants attended the Conference, including public officials, scholars, specialists, volunteers working for crime prevention and criminal justice, and ordinary citizens from countries in Asia, the Pacific, and elsewhere.
