Abstract
The training guide includes sections on developing a victim services organization's human and financial resources and a summary of VOCA assistance grant guidelines. The first section of the training guide focuses on evaluation of the organization, while the second section looks at the development of human resources in terms of the board of directors, volunteers, interns, and consultants. The third section covers managing money, fund-raising, and community support and identifies specific income-producing ideas and suggestions on internal money management. The final section reviews VOCA, Office for Victims of Crime, and subgrantee guidelines. 12 references
