Abstract
The 99th International Seminar produced papers concerning, among other topics: public participation in criminal justice processes, crime and corruption prevention activities and treatment of offenders; countermeasures to corruption and the abuse of power; and criminal justice activities in specific countries. The 100th International Training Course produced papers concerning, among other topics: AIDS prevention policy; changing correctional institutions; the institutional treatment of offenders; police relations with other criminal justice agencies; rehabilitation; and prison overcrowding.
