The debate over gun control is a complex and compelling one that has created a deep divide between supporters of gun rights and gun control. The biographies of individuals involved in gun control issues can be used by student researchers to explore the gun control debate. These individuals have become actively involved in either supporting gun control and stricter laws or in supporting the right to own and carry guns. Reasons for each individual's deep involvement in the gun control debate are highlighted, as well as different elements involved in the gun control debate as a whole.
