Abstract
This publication can aid in completing an application for a COPS School-Based Partnerships grant. It provides background on most of the questions in the grant application and several passages are repeated directly from the application. The publication also may be useful to policing agencies and community groups that wish to enhance their problem-solving partnership efforts.
