Abstract
This guide offers sample discussion questions to accompany the 18-minute videotape entitled, New Directions from the Field: Victims’ Rights and Services for the 21st Century. The videotape contains five key segments with five global challenges. The discussion guide is designed to facilitate discussion on these five global challenges. Each global challenge is presented in the guide, followed by a handful of sample questions that correspond to each global challenge. The discussion guide suggests that instructors stop the videotape after each segment in order to discuss issues relevant to the topic; however, the discussion guide is also useful after the videotape has been viewed in its entirety. For videotape see NCJ-178283.
