Abstract
The data cover the caseload, petition, written opinions, and dispositions of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as a time study of the Court of Appeals. The data for circuit courts cover caseloads, case processing times, filings by case types, criminal caseloads, civil caseloads, chancery caseloads, probate caseloads, and juvenile caseloads. Further tables focus on the filings and caseloads in municipal courts and the city court caseload. The volume also includes information on the workloads of the public defenders, the names and assignments of judges, the court interpreter's program, judicial education, and the weighted caseload system.
