Abstract
The paper highlights the products available from the Police Foundation (PF)’s Web site, as well as the utility of the information for policing researchers and police practitioners. One of the most useful resources on the PF Web site is their extensive access to research reports and commentary on policing, both historical and contemporary reports, essays, and commentaries. Information on current research studies is also available in abstracts that provide a synopsis of the current research, the primary research questions, the location where the research is being conducted and the curriculum vitae and contact information for PF researchers. The site also provides several free publications available using additional software. The technical assistance, technology, and training section provides information on assessing community relations, crime mapping, management services, civil disorder, chief of police selection assistance, and the Risk Analysis Management System.
