This is an addendum to proposals and contributions from governments for the United Nations General Assembly Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of a Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime.
Abstract
The proposals and contributions refer to (among other things) extradition, mutual legal assistance, joint investigations, measures to enhance cooperation with law enforcement authorities, scope of application, structure of the convention, jurisdiction, special investigative techniques and transfer of proceedings. The following countries submitted proposals and contributions: Belarus, China, France, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Lithuania, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Tajikstan. Notes
