This is an addendum to proposals and contributions from Governments for the United Nations General Assembly Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of a Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime.
Abstract
The proposals and contributions relate to the revised draft United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. The proposals and contributions refer to (among other things) disposal of confiscated assets, use of terms, laundering offenses, measures to combat money laundering, international cooperation for purposes of confiscation, protection of witnesses and victims, confiscation, corporate liability, and effective implementation of the Convention. The following countries submitted proposals and contributions: Argentina, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Singapore, and Syrian Arab Republic. Notes
