Other tables on seizures address the number and quantity of seizures of Class B and Class C drugs made by the police and other authorities by drug type and year; seizures of controlled drugs made by Customs and Excise by drug type and amount seized for 1999; and seizures of controlled drugs made by the police and other authorities by drug type and amount seized for 1999. Data tables on offenders arrested and charged with drug offenses encompass age, sex, and action taken for 1999. Data on dispositions are distinguished by gender. A separate offender table is provided for each type of offense, drug, and sentence.
