This book is designed as a guide for first responders and other operational public servants who may be called upon to respond to a terrorist incident in the line of duty. It discusses tactical violence and information warfare, addresses weapons of mass effect, emphasis on consequence response and scene safety, and includes simulations that can be assigned as student projects.
Abstract
This comprehensive instructional guide offers emergency planners at the local, State, and Federal levels with detailed safety procedures for emergency responders, scene search operations, precautions for secondary devices, and initial scene evaluation of a terrorism/tactical violence event.
