This installment of a criminal procedure manual presenting the Danish Administration of Justice Act serves as part two of the fourth book of this legal proceedings manual.
Abstract
Focusing on preparing cases before indictment, this manual begins with Chapter 67, covering the issues of general rules of investigation. Chapter 68 of this manual addresses interrogations and special administrative measures, while Chapter 69 covers the topic of arrest. Detention on remand, invasions of the secrecy of communication and observation, and invasions of the body are the issues discussed in Chapters 70, 71, and 72, respectively. Chapter 73 of this criminal procedure manual comprises a discussion of search procedures, and Chapter 74 focuses on seizure and disclosure. This second part of the manual discusses Chapter 75, examinations of personal history; Chapter 75 a other investigative measures; and Chapter 75 b, now repealed discussion on seizure.
