Data for this annual report is divided into 11 sections beginning with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services vision statement and fiscal year 2002 budgetary information. In section II, an overview is presented on administrative support, administrative services, and programs and community services. Section III presents a description and overview of the following institutions: the Diagnostic and Evaluation Center, the Hastings Correctional Center, the Lincoln Correctional Center, the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women, the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility, the Nebraska State Penitentiary, the Omaha Correctional Center, and the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution.
