Statewide summary statistics for the circuit court are provided in the next section, detailing the fiscal year 2002 caseload, broken down by type of case. Method of dispositions by type of case is also presented. The next section shows data regarding Missouri’s 45 judicial circuits; profiles of civil and criminal offenses are provided for each circuit. This is followed by a section describing other aspects of circuit cases, such as information about various civil and criminal cases.
