Worksheets for monthly budgeting and how to handle a checking account are included. The sixth section, on education, offers a quiz designed to determine the appropriate education needed for desired jobs. The seventh section offers tips about health and life skills, including facts nutrition, exercise, and sexually transmitted diseases. The eight section offers support for the reunification of family and friend relationships following prison. Included in this section is a letter format to be used to request a review of child support financial obligations. Finally, the ninth section offers tips on how to successfully live while under supervision.
