The 13th session of the Ad Hoc Committee, which was held in Vienna, Austria, February 2-6, 2004, adopted the following agenda and organization of work: consideration of the draft rules of procedure for the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime; finalization and approval of the draft rules of procedures for the Conference of the Parties; and adoption of the report of the 13th session. The Ad Hoc Committee based its work on the draft rules of procedure prepared by the Secretariat as well as on proposals and contributions submitted by governments. The Ad Hoc Committee also had before it amendments to the draft rules of procedure prepared by informal working groups.
