Overall for King County, criminal homicide increased 9.5 percent since 2003, forcible rape increased 22.1 percent, robbery increased 2.5 percent, and residential burglary increased 4.7 percent. Only aggravated assault and arson saw decreases since 2003, with aggravated assault down 7.7 percent and arson down 1.6 percent in 2004.
