Information is provided on the collaborative approach to sector planning and achievements in progress toward justice sector outcomes. Part 1 also profiles the role and functions of the Ministry and its strategy for achieving its objectives. It also summarizes the Ministry's plans for the next 3 years. Part 2, "Forecast Service Performance and Financial Statements," describes the outputs anticipated by the Ministry in 2005/06, including the performance standards and targets associated with those outputs. The Ministry's forecast financial statements are also presented. Part 3, "Supporting Information," presents information on the Ministry's organizational structure; its provision of court services; and details on the Crown entities and other service providers funded under the Vote Justice Nondepartmental Output Classes. Information and data are provided on the number of full-time staff, average length of service, and turnover. Locations for the delivery of court services are indicated as well.
