The survey found that, 96 percent of adult patients in community-based CD treatment programs in Washington State reported that they were "very" or "mostly satisfied" with the service they received. Those who identified themselves as multiracial or being of minority race or ethnicity apparently had the lowest proportion of those reporting that they were "very" or "mostly satisfied" with the service they received (85 percent). Ninety percent of adult patients reported they would "definitely" or "probably" come back to the same program if they were to seek help again. In addition, 90 percent of youth patients in community-based CD treatment programs reported that they were "very" or "mostly satisfied" with the service they received. Eighty-one percent of youth patients reported they would "definitely" or "probably" return to the same program if they were to seek help again. Regarding offenders under the Department of Corrections (DOC) CD treatment programs, 86 percent of patients reported that they were "very" or "mostly satisfied" with the service they received. Sixty-four percent of these patients indicated they would "definitely" or "probably" return to the same program if they were to seek help again. For young offenders participating in the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration's (JRA's) CD treatment program, 83 percent of the patients reported that they were "very" or "mostly satisfied" with the service they received; and 57 percent indicated they would "definitely" or "probably" come back to the same program if they were to seek help again.
