The SAFENOWPROJECT, launched in 2005, serves as a community-action organization that educates children and others about skills and strategies to prevent sexual violence by creating program, curricula, and protocols for schools, churches, and businesses. SAFENOWPROJECT has four core principles: (1) children are the future of communities, (2) children are the heart of civilization, (3) communities have an obligation to protect their children, and (4) awareness increases monitoring and tracking of known sex offenders. The organization is developing a comprehensive set of programs to reach all age groups.
