The complete 2010 NCVRW Resource Guide is accessible in electronic format at www.ovc.gov/ncvrw2010. The NCVRW Resource Guide includes user-friendly outreach tools, current statistics on victimization, information on the history of victims’ rights in the United States, and tips on how to involve the community in promoting the fairness, dignity, and respect crime victims deserve.
