The report is divided into eight sections that discuss: (1) an overview of the Department, its organization, its research efforts, and its corporate plans for 2007-2011; (2) information on young people within the juvenile justice system; (3) information on youth justice conferencing; (4) information on young offenders in the community; (5) information on young people in custody; (6) information on governance, privacy, and oversight; (7) information on the workforce capacity of the department; and (8) financial statements for the department for the year ending June 30, 2009.
