This document is the second volume of the proceedings of the Community Epidemiology Work Group Conference held on December 8-9, 1982. This volume contains detailed reports on drug abuse trends in 18 major metropolitan areas in the United States. Volume 1 of these proceedings contains an executive summary of 19 papers from the conference and a report from the Addiction Research Foundation in Canada.
