THESE APPROACHES INCLUDE EXTENSIVE COUNSELING, INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES, DIVERSIFIED EMPLOYMENT EXPOSURE AND POSITIVE PERSONAL GROWTH EXPERIENCES. PROJECT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE PINELLAS COUNTY OFFENDERS. THE TYPICAL PARTICIPANT IS WHITE, MARGINALLY ENROLLED IN SCHOOL, HAS HAD AT LEAST ONE PRIOR OFFENSE, HAS NO APPRECIABLE SALEABLE SKILLS, AND IS EITHER UNEMPLOYED OR UNDEREMPLOYED.
