Abstract
A CITIZEN WISHING TO REGISTER AN ARTICLE CAN GO TO HIS DISTRICT POLICE HEADQUARTERS AND GET THE USE OF AN ENGRAVING PEN TO MARK THE ARTICLE SO THAT IT CAN BE IDENTIFIED IF IT IS LOST OR STOLEN. IF AN UNREGISTERED ARTICLE IS LOST OR STOLEN, THE OWNER MAY BE ABLE TO RECLAIM IT PROVIDED HE CAN IDENTIFY IT SATISFACTORILY.
