THIS PRINCIPLES INCLUDE THE CHILD'S MORAL AND LEGAL RIGHT TO THE FOLLOWING: TO BE SUPPORTED, MAINTAINED, AND EDUCATED TO THE BEST OF PARENTAL ABILITY; TO BE REGARDED AS A 'PERSON' WITHIN THE FAMILY, AT SCHOOL, AND BEFORE THE LAW; TO EARN AND KEEP HIS OWN EARNINGS; AND TO SEEK AND OBTAIN MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT AND COUNSELING.
