Abstract
THE CLASSIFICATION IS DONE IN TWO SPECIAL PRISONS BY ALLOCATION BOARDS CONSISTING OF PSYCHIATRISTS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, SOCIOLOGISTS, LAWYERS, SOCIAL WORKERS, TEACHERS, VOCATIONAL COUNSELLORS, AND PRISON OFFICERS. THE SYSTEM WAS INTRODUCED IN 1971-72 AND 35 PERCENT OF THE PRISONERS ARE SENT TO AN OPEN OR HALF-OPEN PRISON. --IN GERMAN. SUMMARY IN ENGLISH
