PROBLEMS INCLUDED CLASSIFICATION OF PRISONERS, USE OF INFORMATION GATHERED IN PRE-THERAPY INVESTIGATIONS, ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION OF TREATMENT PROGRAMS, AND CLEAR DEFINITIONS OF CORRECTIONAL GOALS FOR INMATES, CUSTODIAL STAFF, AND TREATMENT STAFF. INTEGRATION OF CORRECTIONAL GOALS INCLUDED RECOGNITION OF THE NECASSARY PRECEDENCE OF CUSTODY OVER TREATMENT.
