Abstract
PART 1, THE INTRODUCTORY SEGMENT, OUTLINES THE FUNCTIONS AND GOALS OF THE BUREAU'S EDUCATION PROGRAMS. THE OTHER THREE SEGMENTS ARE: ACADEMIC AND POST SECONDARY EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND MARKETABLE WORK SKILLS; AND THE POSITIVE USE OF LEISURE TIME. THE TOTAL PROGRAM IS 60 MINUTES, HOWEVER, EACH OF THE FOUR SEGMENTS CAN BE USED AS A SEPARATE PROGRAM.
