THESE TRANSPARENCIES HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONS DURING INSERVICE TRAINING FOR NEW PRISON STAFF AND MAY BE USED TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE FEELINGS ATTITUDES AND PROBLEMS OF INMATES.
Abstract
THEY WILL HELP STAFF BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF SOME OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS AND IMPROVE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHARACTERISTICS AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE PAROLE BOARD.
