Abstract
LOANSHARKING, NUMBERS, SPORTS BETTING, GAMBLING, PARKING LOTS, AND SOME RESTAURANTS ARE ALLEGED TO BE IN THE GRASP OF ORGANIZED CRIME. RECENT CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF MANY WASHINGTON THEATRES AND PORNOGRAPHIC BOOK STORES ARE SAID TO BE THE RESULT OF ORGANIZED CRIMINAL INFLUENCE.
