Abstract
THE APPROACHES TO THE ADOPTION OF THESE RULES IN CONNECTICUT, SOUTH CAROLINA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, ILLINOIS AND MINNESOTA ARE PROVIDED. EACH IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN ACTUAL DRAFTING STRATEGY THAT WAS TAILORED TO FIT THE NEEDS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ADOPTING JURISDICTION.
