Abstract
THE PRESENT RECORDS SYSTEM IS DESCRIBED AND ANALYZED. THE CONSULTANT CHARACTERIZED IT AS UNDULY INVOLVED, FRAGMENTED, AND DUPLICATIVE. A PROPOSED RECORDS SYSTEM WITH SAMPLE FORMS IS PROVIDED.
