Abstract
THE JUDICIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONCEPTUAL MODELS OF PAROLE DECISION MAKING ARE COMPARED AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL USED IN BRITAIN IS DESCRIBED. POLICY CHANGES MADE IN THE FIVE YEARS 1969-1973 ARE DISCUSSED. PROPOSALS TO CHANGE THE STRUCTURE OF EXISTING PAROLE PROCESSES ARE MADE. FUTURE TRENDS ARE PREDICTED.
