Abstract
CORRECTIONS ADMINISTRATORS PROVIDED COMPARATIVE DATA ON PHYSICAL FACILITIES, INMATE POPULATIONS, FISCAL STATISTICS, AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE SYSTEMS. RESPONDENTS ALSO COMMENTED ON SUCH MATTERS AS THE USE OF COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS AND THE FACTORS PRINCIPALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR GROWING PRISON POPULATIONS.
