Abstract
THE SYSTEM CONCEPT IS THAT OF USING TRUCK-INSTALLED SENSORS TO MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OCCURRING AT THE CARGO TRUCK, AND REPORTING THIS INFORMATION, TOGETHER WITH THE LOCATION OF THE VEHICLE, TO THE FLEET DISPATCHER AT THE FREIGHT DEPOT VIA THE LAND MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT EMPLOYED FOR DISPATCH PURPOSES. THIS VOLUME PRESENTS THE RAW ACCURACY DATA, OVERVIEW MAPS SHOWING TEST AREAS, AM RADIO STATION PLACEMENT, SIGNPOST TRANSMITTER PLACEMENT, DRAWINGS OF ALL SYSTEM ELEMENTS, COMPUTER LISTINGS, DATA BASE LISTINGS, AND SOFTWARE FLOW CHARTS.
