Abstract
THE SPECIFIC TASKS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH A PROGRAM ARE OUTLINED, INCLUDING THE SURVEY, BID EVALUATION, AND SYSTEM INSPECTION PHASES. ALL PHASES OF PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT SECURITY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT ARE THEN ANALYZED. IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS, FROM GAINING ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL TO SYSTEM INSTALLATION, ARE DISCUSSED.
