Abstract
THIS FILM FOLLOWS POLICE OFFICERS AS THEY GO ABOUT THE ROUTINES OF CRIME PREVENTION. THE VIEWER SEES THE REASONS BEHIND THE ACTIONS WHEN THE AVERAGE CITIZEN IS CONFRONTED. VIEWERS BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFICULTIES OF POLICE WORK, THE DEDICATION OF POLICE OFFICERS TO THEIR WORK, AND THE NEED FOR OCCASIONAL INTERRUPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF INNOCENT PEOPLE AS THE POLICE WORK TO PREVENT CRIME.
