ALSO REVIEWED IS THE LAW PERTAINING TO CONFESSIONS, VOLUNTARINESS, MIRANDA, AND RELATED MATTERS. IN ADDITION, THE LAWS RELATING TO OFFENDER IDENTIFICATION, ENTRAPMENT, CHAIN OF CUSTODY, SPONTANEOUS DECLARATIONS, SCIENTIFIC AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE, AND DYING DECLARATIONS ARE CONSIDERED.
