Abstract
THE IMPORTANCE OF ADEQUATE ADVANCE PLANNING, INCLUDING CONSULTATION WITH THE EVENT'S ORGANIZERS, IS STRESSED. MEDICAL FACILITIES SHOULD INCLUDE FIELD STATIONS, TRANSPORTATION UNITS, AND HOSPITAL FACILITIES. IT IS SAID THAT SPECIAL CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE PROBLEM OF CARING FOR DRUG OVERDOSES AND TEAR GAS EFFECTS.
