Abstract
THE SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS AND PANEL DISCUSSIONS ON EMPLOYEE SELECTION AND TERMINATION, SECURITIES FRAUD, COMPUTER RELATED CRIMES, EMBEZZLEMENT, CONTROLLING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LOSSES, AND REDUCING CREDIT RELATED LOSSES CONTAINED IN THIS VOLUME PROVIDE A PERSPECTIVE ON THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL MAGNITUDE OF THE CRIME AGAINST BUSINESS PROBLEM. THE QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION CONCLUDING EACH PANEL DISCUSSION PROVIDES ADDITIONAL INSIGHT INTO ISSUES OF CONCERN TO PARTICIPANTS. THOSE QUESTIONS UNABLE TO BE ANSWERED DURING THE CONFERENCE DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS HAVE BEEN SUBSEQUENTLY ANSWERED BY THE SPEAKERS, AND ARE INCLUDED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SECTIONS.
